Season 

Our walking season runs from October to the end of April.

Booking Dates

Please search the calendar for your preferred arrival date.  This is only this date that needs to show availability for your 3-day Retreat - The booking system will automatically allocate the following 3 days for the duration of your stay.  Do not try and select an finish date.

Groups 

• Please fill out the participant details accurately.  These will be used for health and safety purposes and also to contact each member as necessary leading up to your arrival.  
• A group booking will generate one booking confirmation and payment request from the group leader.  The balance of the retreat is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
• If you aren't sure of everyone’s name in your group when booking, please just label these 1,2,3,4 etc... and we will update the details for you once they are available.  Likewise - if you have any changes or updates, please let us know and we will complete these for you.
• If you are wanting to add more people to your group at a later date, just email us with your booking number and we can add them for you.  This ensures your booking reference is linked and we can prepare for you as a group accordingly.
• If you book a retreat of 8people (or more), we will block out the remining spaces so you have exclusive use of the facilities for the duration of your stay.

Price

$880 per person – all inclusive
A deposit of $250 secures your spot, with the remaining $630 due 6 weeks before your arrival.

Our system will keep you informed and send the necessary details from the moment you book until the journeys end.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. Our policy is designed to be fair and flexible:

6 weeks before arrival: Full refund, minus a $100 admin fee per person

22–42 days before arrival: Refund less the $250 deposit

0–21 days before arrival: No refund

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@realnative.co.nz and include your name(s) and booking reference.

Terms & Conditions

Arrival Dates with less than 4 bookings: On days with 3 or fewer walkers, we may contact you to discuss moving your booking to another date where possible.

Name changes: You may transfer your booking to another person free of charge up to the day before arrival.

Adding guests: You can add people to your booking up to the day before arrival, subject to availability.

Room sharing: Substituted guests may need to share a room with others in your group if the walk is at full capacity.
