Our Winter Wonder runs from April to June.

Booking Availability

Please search the calendar for your preferred arrival date at Puniu Lodge.  This is the only date that needs to show availability for your Winter Wonder experience - The booking system will automatically allocate the following 2 nights for the duration of your stay.  Do not try and select an finish date.

Price

A base rate of $2400 secures the site and all amenities for your own exclusive use and includes a fully catered stay for 2 people. Each additional person added after this is $400 per person.  

So an all inclusive stay for 2 people = $1200 each, a group of 5 = $720 each, and a group of 10 = $560 each... 

It's exclusive private luxury get-a-way for two - or an fun adventure base for a larger group.

A deposit of $250 per person secures your booking, with the remaining balance due 4 weeks before your arrival.  If you book within 4 weeks of arrival - the total cost will be due upon booking.

What’s Included

• Access to 3 self-guided loop tracks from 5 - 12km 

• Two nights’ accommodation in a unique, purpose-built retreat

• All premium linens and towels 

• Meals – from a 3 course evening meal on arrival to lunch on departure

• A welcome care package including personal treats, maps and safety equipment

Group Bookings

• Please fill out the participant details accurately.  These will be used for health and safety purposes and also to contact each member if necessary leading up to your arrival.  
• A group booking will generate one booking confirmation and payment request from the group leader.  The balance of the experience is due 4 weeks prior to your arrival.
• If you aren't sure of everyone’s name in your group when booking, please just leave these blank and we will update the details for you once they are available.  Likewise - if you have any changes or updates, please let us know and we will complete these for you.
• If you are wanting to add more people to your booking at a later date, just email us with your booking number and we can add them for you.  

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. Our policy is designed to be fair and flexible:

4 weeks before arrival: Full refund, minus a $100 admin fee per person

14–28 days before arrival: Refund less the $500 deposit

0–14 days before arrival: No refund

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and include your name(s) and booking reference.

Terms & Conditions

Name changes: You may transfer your booking to another person free of charge up to the day before arrival.

Adding guests: You can add people to your booking up to the day before arrival, subject to availability.

Track routes and distances are subject to change due to weather and unforeseen circumstances to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
